How it works
We handle both ends of the same process. Onboarding gets a new person their accounts, apps and access before their first day. Offboarding removes them cleanly, in the right order, so nothing is lost and nothing stays open.

Two to three business days is comfortable. We can do it faster, but faster usually means the person starts with the essentials and the rest follows in the first week.
We disable their sign-in first so access stops immediately, then transfer their OneDrive files and mailbox to whoever is taking over. Doing it in that order is the point — it closes the door without throwing away what is behind it.
