Scope and pricing
We confirm the scope and price before any work starts. Final pricing depends on the issue, urgency and scope of work.
Billing
Hourly work is billed in 15-minute increments. Extra support beyond included plan hours is $79/hour and is approved before work continues. Unused plan hours do not carry forward.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are month-to-month. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice.
Business hours
Support is provided Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern Time. After-hours support is not guaranteed and may be charged at the urgent rate of $149/hour.
Remote-only service
We provide remote support. On-site visits, hardware and third-party software licenses are not included.
