We work on the small number of things that genuinely reduce risk for a business your size: multi-factor sign-in, current updates, working antivirus, sensible access, and backups that have been tested by restoring from them. Then we tell you where you actually stand, including the parts that are fine.

Questions we get asked
Turn on multi-factor authentication for email. Most small-business breaches we see start with one stolen password, and MFA stops that attack even when the password is already gone.
By restoring from one. Until a file has been pulled back out and opened, a backup is an assumption. A test restore is part of the backup review for exactly this reason.
No, and we will not say otherwise. We have no formal HIPAA compliance programme. If your systems hold medical records or other regulated data, tell us before any session so we can agree what we may and may not touch.
