Business email support and troubleshooting
Email has stopped. Either nothing is arriving, or what you send never lands, or your messages are quietly going to everyone’s spam folder — which is worse, because you do not find out until a customer says they never heard from you.
$49 first session, then $79/hour
Final pricing depends on the issue, urgency and scope of work. We confirm the scope before starting.
How it works
We work out where the message is actually failing: the mail client, the mailbox, or the domain’s own mail records. Those are three different problems with three different fixes, and guessing between them is what makes email issues drag on for days.
What’s included
- Mail that will not send or receive
- Outlook and mail client configuration
- Checking and correcting SPF, DKIM and DMARC records
- Tracing a specific message that never arrived
- Deliverability problems: your mail landing in spam
- Shared mailboxes, aliases and forwarding rules
What’s not included
Said plainly, so nothing here comes as a surprise later.
- Guaranteeing inbox placement — no one can promise that, and anyone who does is selling you something
- Recovering mail deleted beyond your provider’s retention window
- Bulk or marketing email platform setup
- Buying or transferring your domain, though we will tell you exactly what to change
Questions we get asked
Almost always the DNS records moved and the MX records did not come with them. It is the single most common cause we see, it is quick to confirm, and it is quick to fix once confirmed.
Usually SPF, DKIM or DMARC is missing or wrong, so receiving servers cannot verify the mail is really from you. We check all three, correct them, and explain what each one does so you can tell when it breaks again.
Sometimes, depending on your provider and its retention settings. We will check honestly and tell you quickly if it is gone, rather than billing hours against a dead end.
